Huadian GE Aero Gas Turbine Equipment Co., Ltd. (HDGE), a joint venture by Huadian Distributed Energy Engineering Technology Co., Ltd.(HDEET) and GE (China) Co., Ltd. Jointly, was established in Shanghai Xinzhuang Industrial Zone in July, 2012. The registered capital is $58.49 million, of which HDEET contributed $29.83 million, accounting for 51%, GE China contributed $28.66 million, accounting for 49%.
